I read "The Snow-Walker's Son", "The Empty Hand", and "The Soul Thieves" all in one book called "Snow-Walker" and let me just say this. . . It was soooooooo wonderful and I loved it! From the very beginning, I became wrapped up in the lives of all the characters because Catherine Fisher really made them come to life will all of the problems like trust, greed, and power. My favorite character is Kari because he seemed so misunderstood and quiet but underneath it all he was a really warm and caring person even though people, at first sight, would HATE him ONLY because he LOOKED like Gudrun. This book was overall sooooo good that I would just sit down and read like 100 pages in each sitting.

Possibly my favorite book, which is saying quite a bit. I read just about anything with words on it, especially mythological lore and fantasy. This book, needless to say, thoroughly satisfied my tastes...so much so, I couldn't put it down for an instant. I adore all of the characters, especially Kari and Skapti, and strongly encourage Mrs. Fisher to continue with their stories. It would certainly make my day to read on about their adventures.

I would buy everysingle one and push it into all my of friend's hands! This book as i said before was outstanding with its wonders. I also thought that having a reflection could also mean the opposite of you when you look in the mirror. That's just something i always thought and here it comes true! I PRAISE THIS BOOK!

This book is THE best book that I've read all year. It is very refreshing to read a book with the quality The Snow Walker posseses. It gripped me from page one and kept my attention till the very end of the book. I finished the book in less than one day. Thank you Catherine Fisher for creating such a wonderful story!

This was one of the best books I've ever read. I couldn't put it down, but when it was finished, I wished it didn't end. I felt like I was right there with Jessa and Kari, and I was terrified of Gudrun. I wish there were more than three.

I found this book incredibly gripping. I heard the first chapter read aloud awhile before I had a chance to read the book myself, and until then I kept on thinking about it! There was something captivating, and almost thrilling about the world and the predicament Jessa and Thorkil find themselves in. The characters are really realistic believable, and I found, especially Jessa, very easy to identify with. The book continued to take me by surprise right up until the end, and left me wanting to read more. (That goodness it's a trilogy!) Even my younger brother loved it! It's one of my favourite books, and one I love to read again.

Holy crud this book rocked my world! The suspense was spectacular among all reasoning and it all seemed so real, as if I were there in this magnificent tale. For those of you who haven't read it, buy it ASAP, it's worth every penny. Another detail I enjoyed was that I had an easy time making mental pictures of the characters. It was as if I was standing right next to them, taking in there life-like appearance. This book, by far, was the best I have ever set eyes upon. I know, I have said this many times before, but this time I'm not lying! It makes every other book seem dull and boring. The whole trilogy was remarkable! I couldn't have asked for a better story. A book well'written.

I think this book was the best I have read yet. It has so much suspense, you wonder in the beginning about the book but when you get into it, it starts to make sense. This book is one that you want to get through reading because you want to know what happens but when you get to the end you like the book so much you don't want to finish it!
